ICED COFFEE AND TONIC

What’s cooler than being cool? Ice-cold coffee with a whole new twist of tonic water. A new way to prepare coffee for anybody who is a regular drinker of iced coffee, or just wants an excuse to sip on a cocktail without the alcohol-induced headrush.
What Ingredients are Needed for the Cafétonic?
  • Espresso or Black Coffee
  • Ice Cubes Tonic Water
  • Simple Sugar Syrup (Optional)
  • Regular Ice Cubes
What Ingredients are Needed for the Cafétonic?
  • Prepare some strong black coffee using your favorite Cafénately coffee flavor and freeze it in an ice tray overnight.
  • Take a tall glass and add regular ice cubes.
  • Add the coffee ice cubes on top. (We recommend a 20:40:40 proportion of water, coffee and tonic)
  • Add the syrup as per your taste preference.
  • Gently pour tonic water on the ice cubes and watch the magic unfold.
  • Stir well, enjoy and share.

To make the sugar syrup all you have to do is take equal amounts of water and sugar (2-3 tbsp of each) and then boil it on low flame till the sugar is dissolved.
